September 2011:
TelecityGroup acquires UK Grid, expanding the Group's Manchester data centre footprint.

August 2011:
TelecityGroup acquires Data Electronics, expanding the Group's Dublin data centre footprint.

December 2010:
TelecityGroup announces a new 9MW, 6,000 sq.m, data centre in its core Amsterdam market.

November 2010:
TelecityGroup announces further UK expansion. Expansion in Docklands and new facility to be built in Manchester to add 6.5MW of customer capacity.

August 2010:
TelecityGroup acquires Internet Facilitators Limited (IFL), expanding the Group's Manchester data centre footprint.

July 2010:
TelecityGroup first data centre operator to be awarded Carbon Trust Standard

June 2010:
TelecityGroup achieves company-wide ISO 14001 certification for Environmental Management and OHSAS 18001 for Occupational Health and Safety management systems.

April 2009:
TelecityGroup opens new data centres in Milan and Stockholm.

March 2009:
TelecityGroup admitted to FTSE4Good index.

November 2008:
TelecityGroup becomes the first carrier-neutral data centre operator to adopt the EU Code of Conduct for data centres.

October 2008:
TelecityGroup admitted to FTSE techMARK index.

June 2008:
TelecityGroup opens Powergate data centre in London, UK.

April 2008:
TelecityGroup opens data centre in Amstel Business Park, Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

December 2007:
TelecityGroup admitted to FTSE 250 index.

October 2007:
Telecity Group plc listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

August 2007:
Following a rebranding exercise implemented in August 2007, TeleCity, Redbus and Globix (UK) trade under the name TelecityGroup.

September 2006:
TelecityRedbus acquires Globix Corporation’s wholly-owned UK subsidiary, Globix Holdings (UK) Limited, expanding the Group’s London data centre footprint and enhancing its value-added services capability.

January 2006:
Telecity Group acquires Redbus Interhouse plc and its group companies in January 2006. The resulting common ownership of TeleCity and Redbus results in the two businesses trading under the name of TelecityRedbus.

October 2005:
Telecity Group plc (the Company) is incorporated and becomes the holding company of Telecity PLC and its group companies in November 2005.

September 2005:
TeleCity plc is taken private by 3i and Oak Hill.

June 2000:
TeleCity Limited’s parent company, TeleCity plc, is floated on the main market of the London Stock Exchange and transfers its listing to AIM in February 2005.

April 2000:
TeleCity Limited is renamed TeleCity UK Limited.

March 2000:
Redbus Interhouse Limited floats on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

July 1998:
Redbus Interhouse Limited is incorporated, and commences operations in its first data centre in London Docklands in July 1999.

April 1998:
TeleCity Limited is formed; it opens its first data centre in Manchester and subsequently opens data centres in London and then Europe.
